If the customer had any doubt that this item might be not work like they expected, those notions are completely shattered with the video.  The customer now feels safe to buy since they see real people using the products in a familiar environment.  We choose to put videos on YouTube because people are familiar with this type of integrated video, the bandwidth is free and it often attracts people from YouTube to your site. However you can host your videos anywhere you'd like.
